1. Overview

GPT Image 2 operates on a prepaid credit-based model. All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, remaining subscription time, or changes in usage needs.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are not available except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error.
  • Billing system errors: If a verifiable technical error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge amount.
  • To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge in question with supporting documentation, such as a bank statement showing duplicate charges.

  • We process cancellations within 24-48 hours. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
