1. Overview
GPT Image 2 operates on a prepaid credit-based model. All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, remaining subscription time, or changes in usage needs.
2. Exceptions
Refunds are not available except in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error.
- Billing system errors: If a verifiable technical error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge amount.
- To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge in question with supporting documentation, such as a bank statement showing duplicate charges.
3. How to Report a Billing Error

4. Processing
- If a billing error is confirmed, the corrected amount will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations (Email Only)

- We process cancellations within 24-48 hours. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining time or unused credits in the current billing period.
