1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GPT Image 2 ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Service Description
GPT Image 2 provides AI-powered creative tools, including:
- Text-to-Image Generation: Create images from text prompts.
- Image Editing: Modify existing photos using natural-language instructions.
- Style Transfer & Fusion: Blend multiple references or styles into one output.
- Upscaling: Optional 4K upscaling on eligible plans.
- Disclaimer: GPT Image 2 is not an official OpenAI website or product. It is an independent product with no affiliate relationship with OpenAI. References to OpenAI technologies are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- Provide accurate information during registration and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
4.1 Subscription & Auto-Renewal
- Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, such as monthly.
- Prices may change with notice; taxes may apply based on your location.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
4.2 How to Cancel (Email Only)
- Email support@gptimage22.com with the subject "Cancellation Request", including your account email and plan name.
- We process requests within 24-48 hours. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Refunds
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be refunded once purchased, regardless of whether they have been used.
- Exceptions are limited to verifiable billing errors, such as duplicate charges. See our Refund Policy at /refund-policy for details.
- To report a billing error, email support@gptimage22.com with the subject "Billing Error", your account email, order ID, and supporting evidence.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use GPT Image 2 to create, upload, or distribute content that involves:
- Adult Content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Violence & Harm: Extreme violence, gore, self-harm, or suicide content.
- Harassment & Hate: Bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
- IP Violations: Copyright or trademark infringement, or non-consensual likeness/deepfakes.
- Illegal Activity: Criminal activity, fraud, misinformation, or promotion of illegal drugs.
- Child Safety: Any inappropriate content involving minors.
- Security Abuse: Malware, spam, or attempts to harm the service or users.
- We may review and remove content that violates these rules and may suspend or terminate offending accounts.
6. Ownership and Licenses
- Your Uploads: You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
- Generated Content: You own the AI-generated images you create, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- Our IP: The platform, models, and branding remain our property. Do not reverse engineer or misuse our technology or trademarks.
7. Service Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may affect availability. Some features, such as 4K upscaling, depend on plan eligibility and model capacity.
8. Privacy
Your use of GPT Image 2 is also governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
9. Disclaimers
GPT Image 2 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated or edited content will meet specific expectations, be free of errors, or be suitable for every use case.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GPT Image 2 and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
12. Termination
- By You: You may terminate your account at any time via cancellation. Access remains through the current billing period.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, non-payment, or security risks.
- Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Data may be deleted after a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in your primary country of residence unless otherwise required. We encourage informal resolution first; if unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration where permitted.
14. Changes to Terms
